ABOUT
EARNEST PUGH – DON’T GIVE UP
the first song from the movie soundtrack featuring gospel artist Earnest Pugh, Love Mountain, written and directed by Lee Shelton, is a compelling love story with some remarkable twists and turns within the family dynamic that produces the resilience that it takes to survive life’s challenges and win. The film includes appearances by some of Gospel Music’s brightest stars such as hip hop emerging artist Jevon Dewand, James Fortune, Pastor Mike, Jr., and Zacardi Cortez.
Earnest Pugh and Douglas have collaborated for many years and have delivered four Number 1 Billboard hits “Rain On Us” “I Need Your Glory” “God Wants To Heal You” and “Thank You So Much.” The new track was written by Earnest Pugh and produced by Aaron Carter.
According to Pugh, “I wrote this song to encourage people to be resilient throughout this journey called life knowing that the race is not given to the swift or strong but to the one who endures…4 words to keep in mind: don’t ever give up!”
